Shipping prices are absurdly high! I wanted to order but when I saw how much shipping costs I gave up immediately!
$90 per 2-count pack for a live lobster is a fairly good price, however the shipping is way too much and even though they have great produce I doubt I’ll be ordering again because of the overcharged shipping costs.
I’ve ordered a surf and turf package and all my guests including myself were filling bad that night, having severe stomach cramps and some of them were even throwing up. I think it’s safe to assume it was seafood.

Terrible !!!!! Waiting for two days for ( fresh ???) lobster. Their promised day of delivery came and went without a phone call and now the second day ( nothing !!!!) and it’s close to eight pm. Terrible business ! Uncaring and it’s just a money business for them. They could care less about their promised delivery date … hanging around for two days now waiting.They simply don’t care. It’s all about them , not the customer. I will never use them again !!!!! It took all my strength to get the shipping and handling reimbursed , pkg not even here yet , not sure about freshness anymore
I love lobster dishes of all sorts but I always thought they were too complicated to cook on my own, plus, finding lobster that is actually fresh can be pretty hard where I live.
