Let us find out what kind of local specialties from world cuisines will be featured on the Blue Apron menu from April 16 until May 21.
The World On Your Plate
The recipes that Blue Apron patrons will have the chance to try out originate from the cookbooks of the top-rated Airbnb Experience hosts from Paris, Florence, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Tokyo, and Shanghai. Blue Apron has decided to make the recipes available on both the 2-Person and Family menus, with one recipe featured per week.
This special culinary tour will start in Paris, on April 16, with Parisian Steak Frites with Roasted Broccoli & Lemon Aioli. The next stop will be in Florence: during the week of April 23, American home cooks will get to try out Florentine Roast Pork & Salsa Verde with Sautéed Vegetables. The week of April 30, Blue Apron will feature Chicken Tinga Tostadas with Avocado & Refried Beans, a delightful recipe from two Mexico City chefs.
During the first 3 weeks of May, Blue Apron customers will get to taste Buenos Aires Beef Empanadas with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Creamy Zucchini, Tokyo Beef & Rice Bowl with Soft-Boiled Eggs & Roasted Broccoli, and Shanghai Kung Pao Chicken with Stir-Fried Snow Peas & Sweet Peppers, in that order.
