SimplyCook differs from most meal kit delivery services in that it provides both recipes and ingredients – but not all the ingredients necessary for preparing the meals. While this is certainly a new and attractive concept on the meal kit market, you may at some point wish to change or pause your orders. You may also find that the service does not work for you and opt to cancel your subscription. Luckily, you can do all of this in a few simple steps.

Editing Your SimplyCook Order

Editing your SimplyCook subscription box is easy. All you have to do is:

1. Log into your account and you will immediately see a link to ‘Edit This Box’ on the homepage. If the company has not selected what goes in your box yet, you will have the option to ‘Choose Your Dishes’;
2. Make your selection on the next screen and click ‘Save Selection’.

You can make changes to your box until the date written below ‘Edit This Box’.

It is important to note that once you place your order or the company starts preparing it, you can no longer make changes to your box. However, you can send an email to SimplyCook at hello@simplycook.com and its team may be able to edit the content of the box before it gets shipped.

Skipping A Delivery

In order to skip one or more deliveries, follow these steps:

1. Log into your SimplyCook account;
2. Find the option to ‘Delay Delivery’;
3. You should now choose to delay your box anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks ;
4. Confirm your new delivery date;
5. If you change your mind, just select ‘Remove Delay’.

If you would like to delay your box for more than 4 weeks, send an email to SimplyCook and submit your name, address, and date of desired delivery.

Canceling Your SimplyCook Subscription

Here is how you can cancel you SimplyCook subscription:

1. Log into your SimplyCook account;
2. Head to ‘Membership Settings’ (the top right-hand corner of your homepage);
3. Click on ‘Change Membership’;
4. The following link should appear: ‘I’d like to stop my regular deliveries’;
5. Follow the remaining steps to confirm the cancelation.
